The Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities of the Rajarata University of Sri Lanka proudly invites you to the 1st<\/sup> International Research Symposium on Social Sciences and Humanities (IRSSSH 2024).  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

IRSSSH will be held on the 18th<\/sup> (Wednesday) of December 2024 as an online event under the theme of \u201c<\/em><\/strong>Advancing Multidisciplinary Research for Sustainability<\/strong>\u201d<\/em><\/strong> The inauguration ceremony will take place at the Rajarata University of Sri Lanka, while the speeches and presentations will take place on an online mode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

IRSSSH 2024 will be a golden opportunity for researchers to share their knowledge, experiences, and outcomes of research and contribute to the dissemination of valuable, innovative findings to a well-read audience. We encourage research related to multidisciplinary for national development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    GUIDELINES FOR ORAL PRESENTATIONS<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    All the authors should present their research using PowerPoint (MS Office) format 97-2003. Details of the presentations are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Duration of the presentation: 10 minutes (8 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for question)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Mode: Online<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Language: English<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      REGISTRATION<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Rs. 3500.00 – Faculty Members*<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Rs. 4500.00  – Other local participant<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • $15.00  –  Foreign participant<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        *<\/strong> This opportunity is only available to faculty members who are the first authors of abstracts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Note:<\/em> Participants must all be registered if there is more than one presenter. Based on that registration, they will receive the certificates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        PUBLICATION<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        All accepted abstracts will be published in the symposium proceedings. In addition to that, the Authors will also be invited to contribute with the full papers to a special volume of the peer-reviewed faculty journal \u201cSamodhana\u201d, published by the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Rajarata University of Sri Lanka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Note<\/em>: Please note that any research not presented at the research conference will not be published symposium proceeding. Hence, symposium proceeding will be published as online mode (E-copy) and it will be circuited among the presenters by using their registered email address.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Certificate<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Arrangements will be made to send the printed certificates by post<\/p>\n\n\n\n
