\"\" Biography<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Prof. P. S. K. Rajapakshe is a distinguished academic serving as a Professor in the Department of Environmental Management at the Faculty of Social Sciences & Humanities, Rajarata University of Sri Lanka. He holds a PhD in Environmental Economics from the University of Leeds, an MSc in Environmental Economics from the University of Peradeniya, and a BA (Special) in Environmental Management from Rajarata University. His research expertise lies in environmental economics, focusing on water service improvement, SME sustainability, public preferences for infrastructure development, and the nexus between energy, trade, urbanization, and environmental degradation. Prof. Rajapakshe has contributed significantly to academic literature through numerous journal articles, book chapters, and conference papers, with notable publications in Frontiers in Water<\/em>, Energies<\/em>, and Journal of Open Innovation<\/em>. He plays a key leadership role in curriculum development and quality assurance within the faculty, and his interdisciplinary work continues to impact both academic and policy spheres in Sri Lanka and beyond.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
