Instructions to authors
Type of papers to be considered for the publications: Original high quality academic and review papers are only considered for publications which have neither been published before nor are under consideration for publication in another journal or in any other form of publication. The review articles should provide very clear and comprehensive updates on the current development of the particular area of research.
Length of a paper and text preparation: Articles should not exceed 6000 words including references. An abstract of 200 words should be sent for the article. It is advice to the authors that the English of the manuscript should be proof read by professional proof reader or by academic who specialized in the particular field of study.

Author’s identification and essential title page information: To protect the anonymity of the authors throughout the review process, authors should not indicate their identity in the manuscript. Attached separate title page including the following information.
- Author names and affiliations: Please clearly indicate the name(s) of the author(s) and present the author’s affiliation addresses below the names. Provide the full postal address of each affiliation and the e-mail address of each author.
- Corresponding author: Clearly indicate who will handle correspondence at all stages of refereeing and publication. It is important kept up to date the contact details of the corresponding author.
- Title of the manuscript: Title of the manuscript should be clear, informative and relevant in the respective field of studies.
Abstract and keywords: Attach a separate page which include the abstract with maximum 200 words. The abstract should be an objective reflection of the article. Abstract should contain the research problem, methodology, results and conclusion and policy relevance in very brief. This should also include five keywords in which specific to the particular article.
Tables and figures: Tables and figures should include within the text itself and should be numbered consecutively throughout the text.
Footnotes: Footnotes should be kept to a minimum. Authors are strongly encourage to explain the additional points within the text itself rather using footnotes.
References and citations: Author should follow the Harvard referencing system for the citations within the text and for the list of references. Place references at the end of the article and the references should place in alphabetical order. Only cited works should be included in the reference list.
Acceptance for publication: Articles will undergo a rigorous review process by the subject experts in respective fields. However, the editorial board has a sole right to make a final decision regarding the acceptance of the article for publication.
