IRSSSH2024 Registration Guidelines for Authors

Authors intending to participate in the IRSSSH2024 symposium via virtual mode are required to complete the registration by the specified deadline. Please read the following guidelines carefully to ensure a smooth registration and payment process.

1. Important Preliminaries

Authors who do not complete their scheduled presentations during the conference will not have their extended abstracts included in the symposium proceedings.

2. Registration and Payment Requirements

  • Mandatory Registration: At least one author must complete the registration to participate in the symposium. For submissions with multiple presenters, each presenter must individually complete the registration and payment.
    • Participation Rights: Registered presenters will be eligible to present their research in the assigned technical sessions and receive official certificates.
    • Presenter Limit: A maximum of two presenters per abstract is allowed.

2.1 Payment Details

  • Fee Structure:
    • Faculty Members*: Rs. 3,500.00
    • Other Local Participants: Rs. 4,500.00
    • Foreign Participants: $15.00

*Note: The reduced rate for faculty members is applicable only if they are listed as the first author of the abstract.

5. Submitting Proof of Payment

  • Abstract ID: Clearly write your abstract ID (e.g., IRSSSH2024_000) in the top right corner of the payment slip to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Uploading Proof: Attach a scanned, high-quality copy of the payment slip to the registration form.
  • Mailing the Original: Send the original payment slip to:
