- Calling for an abstract : 01 November 2025
- Deadline for receiving the abstracts: 30 December 2025
- Notification for acceptance: 05 January 2026
- Submission of final version: 10 January 2026
- Registration closing date: 13 January 2026
- Symposium date : 27 January 2026
Guidelines for Students
- All abstracts will be peer-reviewed and accepted or rejected by the editorial board under the recommendation of the reviewer’s comments.
- The principal author is expected to present the paper at the research symposium.
- All research abstracts must be submitted with the academic supervisor.
- The template for submission can be downloaded from the website.
Format of the abstract:
- Authors are required to submit an abstract prepared according to the following guidelines.
- Results, Discussions & Conclusions : Maximum of 800 words
- The abstract should not exceed 1500 words
- Introduction: Maximum of 350 words
- Materials and Methods : Maximum of 350 words
- References : Maximum of 5 key references could be included (APA )
- The abstract must be written in clear English/Sinhala using accurate grammar and Times New Roman /FM Abaya, 12Pt.

Oral presentation guidelines:
All the authors should present their research using MS PowerPoint. Details of the presentations are as follows:
- Duration of the presentation: 10 minutes
- Question time: 03 to 05 minutes
- The template for the presentation can be downloaded from the website.
Publication:
The selected abstracts will be published in the symposium proceedings. The symposium proceedings will be published in an online mode (E-copy) and it will be circulated among the presenters by using their registered email address.
